We’re coming to the “Hub of Nova Scotia,” Truro! As we posted in social in May 2017 (follow us @CheeseCurds / @HabanerosMTB on Twitter and @cheesecurdsburgers / @habanerosmtb on Instagram), we signed a franchise agreement with the Millbrook First Nation Band to bring a combination Cheese Curds/Habaneros restaurant to the busy Truro Power Centre, 14 Treaty Trail at Exit 13A off Highway 102.

The 3,500 square foot standalone building is yet to be constructed; breaking ground has begun on the site just behind the Tim’s/Ultramar at that location. The building design will be consistent with our Oromocto franchise location (see artist’s rendering below), which opened 15 June 2017

The Chef Inspired Group of Restaurants currently owns and operates three combination Cheese Curds/Habaneros restaurants, as well as several other quick-service restaurants and food trucks. The family-owned restaurant group offers innovative flavour combinations and twists on traditional classics, always based on fresh ingredients and friendly customer service.
