Part-Time Office Administrator/Bookkeeper

Job Description:

As the part-time office administrator/bookkeeper you will need to support the full time administrator/bookkeeper in their duties such as daily cash counts, entering supplier invoices and sales, monthly reconciliations and the preparation of reports for the controller, CFO and CEO.

Duties will include:

- Daily cash counts/ Reconciling of cash register tills
- Entering supplier invoices
- Recording deposits
- Entering sales
- Tracking HST
- Paper filing
- Visa reconciliation
- Bank reconciliation
- Prepare various reports for controller, CFO and CEO

Experience requirements:

- Knowledge of Sage 50 (Simply accounting)
- Knowledge of Microsoft excel
- An accounting program certificate is an asset or a minimum of 2 years of bookkeeping experience
