Mitchell has been with us for just over a year now. He has grown leaps and bounds in that time, considering this is his first kitchen position. Sometimes it's easier to hire someone with no kitchen experience, as they don't come with any unusual habits, or set ways of doing things from somewhere else; and this is a perfect example.
Mitchell has been molded into a hard working, dedicated Cheese Curds employee, and is another one of my team that never says no to covering a shift on his day off when asked. Keep up the great work Mitchell, and thank you again for saving me on those days I really needed someone to come in!
